- Reservation is 24/7 always possible. We take reservations by telephone or through the Internet.
- If the payment has not completed in 24 hours, your reservation may automatically cancelled.
- To complete the booking, you need to wire to our bank account under the booker’s name.
(If the booker and the payer is different, you must contact us).
- If your check in date is in 3 days, you must promptly remittance.
- After arrival, it is possible to check in under the booker’s name.
- If the room you want to book is already booked, please make a request on our Community> Reservation Inquiry board. If canceled, we will reserve the room as the order of priority.
- We recommend to make reservations well in advance on holidays or weekends.

- Not pets are allowed.
- If there is any extra guest, you must tell us while you made the reservation. Every extra guest charges 10000KRW.
- It could be decline your stay if the maximum number of guests allowed per room has exceeded.
- Minors are required to accompanying adult guardian to make a reservation and stay.
- No smoking on the property. Smoking is only allowed in a designated smoking area.
- No parties, events, or drinking. Be respectful, quiet when coming late.
Try NOT to discomfort other guests and neighbors.
- Please note that while staying, the guest accepts fell responsibility for such loss, damage or expense.
- For the next guests, please observe check out time.

Trash must be separated, and please throw it away at the designated place.

- Every reservation has refund penalty.

- Change the date or rooms after made a reservation are not possible.
It has to make a new reservation after cancel the previous one.
- Please make the decision of your room and the date carefully.
- A refund will be transfer under payer’s name, and it will be exclude the charge for remittance.
- After complete the payment, every cancellation’s refund will be deposited after exclude prescribed penalty. (In other words, even if you remittance the part of the total payment, the penalty will still be calculate based on the total amount.)
